On‑site | Must have reliable transportation We are seeking a bilingual Accounts Payable & Human Resources Specialist to support our clients daily financial, HR, and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable functions with accuracy and timeliness Support Human Resources tasks including onboarding and payroll Prepare and send sales invoice orders Run daily/weekly/monthly reports Complete Positive Pay , ACA reporting , and End‑of‑Month processes Assist with sales & use tax submissions Maintain organized files and general office housekeeping Check and distribute mail Navigate multiple online portals for HR, AP, and reporting Use QuickBooks , Outlook , and other digital tools Requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish) Accounts Payable experience required HR and payroll experience required Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Comfortable working with QuickBooks , Outlook, and online portals Reliable transportation is a must Compensation Starting pay: $18/hr Opportunity for $20/hr bonus based on performance Don't wait — this role is essential and will fill quickly. and secure your opportunity to grow with a team that appreciates your skill and reliability.
