Job Description

SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing customer accounts, processing incoming payments, and supporting the financial health of the company through accurate recordkeeping and proactive communication. This position is essential to maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring timely cash flow.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process and post incoming customer payments (checks, wires, ACH, credit cards)Generate and send customer invoices and account statementsMonitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accountsCommunicate with customers regarding payment status, discrepancies, or billing questionsWork closely with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service) to resolve invoicing issuesAssist with month-end closing and reconciliations related to accounts receivableMaintain accurate and organized accounts receivable recordsSupport audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulationsPerforms other related duties as assigned by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS
