Job Description :

Olympic Shop Equipment, a rapidly growing national distributor of premium shop equipment—including our lifts backed by our Industry Best 10-Year Warranty—is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Arlington, WA. With sales growing in the past year, this is your opportunity to join a thriving company early and grow with us! We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and expertise in full-cycle bookkeeping to manage our financial operations. You'll play a critical role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency, collaborating with our sales, customer service, and shipping teams in a supportive environment. Our office is conveniently located just 5 minutes off I-5 at exit 206.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll using QuickBooks Online.
• Prepare and file payroll taxes and local sales/business taxes.
• Reconcile monthly bank transactions and perform inventory/asset audits.
• Assist our CPA with annual corporate tax filings and financial reporting.
• Create and maintain policy and procedural documents for financial operations.
• Process payments, manage collections, and ensure timely invoicing.
• Provide occasional HR support, such as onboarding paperwork or benefits administration.
• Offer light customer support and coordinate with sales, customer service, and shipping departments.

Qualifications :

• 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks Online.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, payroll, tax filings, and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with inventory audits, HR tasks, or customer support is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions.
