Bookkeeper Powersports Northwest - Chehalis, WA Join One of Washington's Premier Powersports Dealerships Powersports Northwest is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Bookkeeper to oversee the daily administrative and accounting operations of our dealership. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys keeping things organized, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Manage daily office operations and administrative functions Process vehicle sales paperwork and title documentation Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank deposits and assist with monthly financial reporting Manage customer financing paperwork and lender documentation Answer phones and greet customers with professionalism Support the sales, service, and parts departments Ensure compliance with state licensing and dealership regulations Qualifications Previous office management, bookkeeping, or dealership experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Accounting or bookkeeping experience Ability to work independently while supporting a team Positive attitude with strong attention to detail What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health benefits (Health, Vison, Dental) Life Insurance 401K Paid vacation and holidays Employee discounts on parts, accessories, and apparel Friendly, family-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth within the company Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday (9-6) with occasional Saturdays as needed About Powersports Northwest Powersports Northwest is a locally owned dealership proudly serving riders throughout the Pacific Northwest.
