Onsite Salary:

Accounts Payable Coordinator:
Process vendor invoices by reviewing, coding, and entering them into the accounting system. Assist with tracking invoice approvals and preparing payments. Reconcile vendor statements and help resolve invoice discrepancies. Support payment processing, including checks, ACH transactions, and corporate credit card reconciliations. Maintain organized accounts payable records and documentation. Assist with purchase order matching and receiving document review. Provide support for month-end and year-end accounting activities, audits, and 1099 preparation. Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing. Qualifications for the
Accounts Payable Coordinator:
1+ year of accounts payable, accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred. Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience. Basic to intermediate Excel skills and comfort learning new accounting software. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy. Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Why Apply?
