We handle everything in house, from engineering and compliance testing to manufacturing, quality control, and just-in-time global delivery. We're looking for a detail-oriented part-time Bookkeeper / Admin to support daily accounting across two affiliated business entities. Starts at ~20 hours per week with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. Schedule is flexible — three full days per week, or four hours per day, Monday through Friday. Start and end times can be arranged around your availability. On-site at our Saukville, WI office. What you'll do (starting out) Reconcile credit card accounts for two companies, including cleanup of prior transactions Enter and code transactions in SAP Business One Organize receipts, statements, and supporting documentation Process vendor invoices and expense reports General admin support and record maintenance in SAP As the role grows to full-time Customer invoicing and collections follow-up Sales tax preparation and filing Monthly sales, inventory, and financial reports; month-end close support What we're looking for 3+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience SAP or other ERP experience preferred Strong Excel skills Organized, accurate, and able to work independently

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
