Our Broker Support team plays an essential role in keeping our brokers organized, responsive, and focused on developing relationships and closing transactions. Position Overview Business Exit Advisors is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Broker Support Associate to provide day-to-day administrative, transaction, and operational support to our team of business brokers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and understands the importance of organization, follow-through, confidentiality, and attention to detail. This individual will work closely with brokers and the Operations team to manage buyer activity, maintain accurate CRM records, support listings, coordinate documentation, and help ensure opportunities continue progressing through the sales process. Candidates should be comfortable learning new technology and working across multiple platforms. Previous experience in business brokerage, real estate, transaction coordination, sales support, or professional services is a plus but not required. This position offers significant growth potential for someone interested in developing a career within the business brokerage industry. Key Responsibilities Provide daily administrative and operational support to BEA business brokers Assist brokers with managing buyer inquiries, follow-ups, and transaction-related activities Maintain accurate buyer, seller, listing, and transaction information within company CRM systems Document and maintain accurate notes regarding buyer activity and broker communications Assist with buyer qualification and organization of prospective buyer information Support the distribution and tracking of NDAs, CIMs, and other confidential transaction materials Monitor buyer activity and help brokers identify necessary follow-ups and next steps Assist with scheduling buyer, seller, and broker meetings Maintain and update business listings across approved marketing platforms Monitor active, inactive, and expired listings and coordinate necessary updates Enter and manage buyer contacts and monitor expired leads on the BBF Generate CRM reports and assist with tracking broker activity and transaction progress Prepare sales materials, presentations, reports, and other broker-facing resources Assist with gathering and organizing transaction documentation Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive buyer, seller, and financial information Support broker onboarding, including documentation, system setup, training materials, and orientation Assist Operations with broker meetings, workshops, networking events, and company initiatives Coordinate with the Operations and Marketing teams on new listings, marketing campaigns, and broker needs Provide general administrative support as needed to keep broker activities and transactions moving efficiently Qualifications 2+ years of administrative, sales support, transaction coordination, operations, or office experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple brokers, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional and service-oriented approach when communicating with brokers, buyers, and clients Comfortable working with CRM systems and learning new technology Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Business brokerage, real estate, transaction coordination, or sales support experience is a plus Must be willing to travel occasionally to the Boca Raton office Why Join BEA Work directly with experienced business brokers and gain exposure to the business acquisition and exit process Become part of a growing, entrepreneurial organization Develop valuable experience supporting high-value business transactions Collaborative and fast-paced professional environment Clear opportunities for increased responsibility and career advancement Benefits Competitive hourly compensation Paid time off Professional development and advancement opportunities Hands-on exposure to the business brokerage and M&A industry
