• Educate clients on account services and capabilities
• Input client information into the financial planning tools and Firm tools
• Assist with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• Ensure appropriate documentation is collated for new accounts and service request.
• Leveragemunication channels to enhance relationships with clients
• Maintain management systems with up to date client information
• Organize logistics for team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• Provide team with calendar detailing daily, weekly and monthly activities
• Identify service opportunities for clients. The team You'll be working with the Wealth Management team in Henderson. Your skills and experience
• SIE, Series 7, Series 66 orbined 63 and 65
• Ideally 2+ years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• [Bachelor degree preferred], focusing on Finance
• Excellentmunicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
