Position Overview:

We are looking for an Account Associate to join our Personal Insurance team. This is an entry-level opportunity with flexibility to be based in our Middletown, Fall River, or East Providence office, depending on the location that best supports the successful candidate.

Responsibilities Include:

Support account managers Follow up on outstanding endorsements and policies. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

Working in office setting for insurance, real estate, or mortgage industries a plus but not required. High School diploma required, College degree a plus. Great interpersonal and communication skills Driven to succeed. Computer literate in Microsoft office products such as word, excel, outlook, etc. Ability to work well in a team environment. Complete work timely, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask. Strong attention to detail. Ability to make a good first impression based upon the total of one's personality, character, and professionalism; also, must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills required to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, and other entities beneficial to the success of the Company.
