Handle customer inquiries via email/phone and respond/track accordingly Individual needs to be a team player working well with Broker, Agents and other staff. Individual should be professional, reliable, responsive and detailed.

Maintain/Organize/Create Systems:

Mileage log, receipt tracking Outlook contacts/contact database Maintain filing system and keep things organized Track and update comps for sales/leases Track recurring tasks and complete tasks as needed Help with client appreciation gifts/events Draft letters or communication Track listings an upcoming listings in the pipeline Misc errands Research of properties, ownership, zoning and other data points Other tasks as the position dictates Light accounting tasks - organize and track AP/AR.
