Analyze consolidated company financial data and prepare Board reporting packages.
Implement or direct implementation of changes, corrections or new programs related to the financial operation of the organizationsSupport the processes, at the direction of the Director FP&A, related to coordination of business plans and forecasts, budgetary comparisons, profit analyses, operations reviews, capital appropriation requests, and other financially related documentsPerform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge of US GAAPMust be able to ensure accurate and timely results and work independentlyAbility to communicate with all levels of the organization effectively and professionallyStrong Excel and Power Point specifically, and all other Office products, and strong system skills required

Summary:
Supports corporate financial activities as financial expert responsible for supporting FP&A, preparation of corporate financial presentations and divisional support as directed.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation and analysis of monthly financial packages for corporate requirements.Analyze consolidated company financial data and prepare Board reporting packages.
Implement or direct implementation of changes, corrections or new programs related to the financial operation of the organizationsSupport the processes, at the direction of the Director FP&A, related to coordination of business plans and forecasts, budgetary comparisons, profit analyses, operations reviews, capital appropriation requests, and other financially related documentsPerform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Education/Experience:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience in manufacturing environmentBachelor's degree in Finance or other related business field requiredExperience in application of forecasting and analysis techniquesMust have demonstrated the ability to analyze information to produce insight that aids in the controlling of actual results versus budgets, forecasts etc.Knowledge of US GAAPMust be able to ensure accurate and timely results and work independentlyAbility to communicate with all levels of the organization effectively and professionallyStrong Excel and Power Point specifically, and all other Office products, and strong system skills required

Ability to read and write in English, with strong written and personal communication skills.Work Environment:
