Job Description Duties and Responsibilities Administering record and reporting of bond funded projects. Maintain accounting records of allocated funds, post budgetary allocations, billing for various functions. Oversee the accounts receivable functions of the County, including reconciliation of receivables to general ledger. Assist department bookkeepers and others in budget entry and enforce budget policies and procedures. Compile mandatory budget documents and assists with preparation of the County master budget. Additional Job Description Functional and Technical Competencies Ability to analyze data Possess great math skills Familiarity with MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word and Internet software Ability to read and understand semi-technical documents including Oklahoma State Statute, contracts, and agreements Strong communication skills both written and verbal Education/Training and Certification, Licensure, Registration Requirements Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred. Experience 1-2 years related experience Environment and/or Physical Factors Work is normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment, where exposure to conditions of extreme heat/cold, poor ventilation, fumes and gases is very limited. Noise level is moderate and includes sounds of a normal office environment. No environmental hazards are encountered in performance of normal job duties. Work normally requires finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination to operate computer keyboard at moderate skill level. Work involves sitting most of the time but may involve standing (standing desk are sometimes an option) and walking for brief periods of time.
