Duties Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, including revenue management, cost control, and profit maximization. Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IAS (International Accounting Standards), SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act), and industry-specific regulations. Lead financial reporting efforts by interpreting financial statements, preparing detailed reports, and presenting insights to senior leadership and stakeholders. Manage treasury functions such as cash flow forecasting, risk analysis, regulatory reporting, and banking relationships to optimize liquidity and financial stability. Lead budgeting processes, financial projection model development, expense management, and cost control strategies to support long-term fiscal health. Supervise finance teams across various functions including financial analysis, risk management, tax accounting, payroll management, and supply chain finance. Cultivate strong relationships with external auditors, regulatory bodies, investors, and business partners to enhance organizational credibility and transparency. Requirements Extensive experience in senior finance roles such as Finance Director or CFO within diverse industries. Deep understanding of financial concepts including profit & loss management, revenue cycle management, financial statement analysis, forecasting techniques, and industry-specific regulations. Proven expertise in corporate strategy development, business analysis, market analysis, fundraising for business development activities, and strategic planning. Strong knowledge of accounting systems and financial software platforms. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing large finance teams; ability to mentor staff while fostering a collaborative environment.
