Overview We are seeking an energetic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive the company's financial strategy forward. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of financial management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and supporting sustainable growth. The CFO will be instrumental in shaping corporate strategy, managing risk, and fostering a high-performance finance team dedicated to excellence. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals Oversee corporate accounting functions including financial statement interpretation, regulatory reporting, and adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) Lead risk analysis initiatives, ) and risk management frameworks to safeguard assets Manage treasury functions such as cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships Drive revenue management strategies, profit & loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures to optimize fiscal health Lead mergers & acquisitions activities by evaluating potential opportunities, conducting due diligence, and integrating new entities seamlessly Develop robust financial projection models to support strategic planning and business development efforts Supervise financial reporting processes ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with industry standards including ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations framework) Requirements Extensive experience in finance leadership roles within manufacturing or industrial sectors, with a focus on corporate finance and strategic management Proven expertise in financial analysis, modeling, forecasting analysis, and business analysis Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations such as GAAP, IFRS, and governmental accounting standards Demonstrated success in managing large finance teams with supervisory experience in complex organizational structures Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with the ability to develop innovative financial solutions for business growth Proficiency in accounting systems and financial software tailored for enterprise resource planning (ERP) environments Experience in fundraising for business development initiatives and managing budgets effectively Excellent leadership qualities with a track record of working closely with senior leadership to shape corporate strategy and drive organizational success Strong understanding of supply chain costs, risk analysis techniques, tax accounting principles, and cost management strategies Join us as we continue to innovate within the steel industry while championing sustainability.
