What You'll Do

• Lead all financial operations, accounting, forecasting, and reporting
• Partner directly with ownership and executive leadership
• Oversee cash flow, budgeting, WIP, job costing, and profitability
• Lead financial strategy, risk management, and growth initiatives
• Develop and lead the accounting and finance team
• Provide financial insight that directly drives business decisions What We're Looking For
• Senior level finance or accounting leadership experience
• Strong construction industry background required
• Experience with job costing, WIP, forecasting, and construction accounting
• Proven ability to partner with ownership and operations
• Strategic, analytical, and growth minded leadership style
