Kim), North America's largest publicly traded owners and operators of open-air, grocery-anchored shopping centers and mixed-use assets, is currently seeking Interns to join our collaborative, challenging, growth oriented team. We're seeking smart, driven candidates who are passionate about beginning a career in real estate. This internship will involve working approximately 40 hours per week for a duration of approximately 8 weeks, with flexible start and end dates. Interns will be paid an hourly rate of $20 an hour.

Responsibilities:

Support the financial planning and analysis team with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts and help identify key variances. Assist with collecting, organizing, and validating financial and operational data in partnership with regional finance, leasing, and property management teams. Help prepare site-level budgets and forecasts. Create and update Excel-based financial models, schedules, and reports. Leverage A.I. tools to assist with evaluating business and financial performance metrics. Support recurring reporting and presentations for finance leadership and business partners. Participate in ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed.

Requirements:
