We are seeking a dedicated Claims Specialist to serve as the critical link between customers and field management teams. In this role, you will handle escalated damage claims, drive timely resolutions, and ensure customer satisfaction through every interaction. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency and the overall customer experience. Position Responsibilities Manage escalated damage claims by facilitating clear communication between field management and customers. Provide guidance and support to expedite claim resolutions and address service complaints. Enter and update damage tickets in the ticketing system while maintaining thorough and accurate documentation. Prepare investigation forms, and correspondence for both customers and field management. Troubleshoot internal claim process issues efficiently. Research account information across multiple systems to resolve claims. Generate management reports and escalate missed service level agreements when necessary. Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines. Education/Experience Requirements 3+ years of customer service experience 3+ years of administrative experience Strong critical thinking skills for complex situations High-level multitasking and organizational abilities Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, OneNote and Teams Knowledge of Sonar billing and ticketing systems Knowledge of ASANA account management systems Demonstrated knowledge of internet services Troubleshooting expertise Clear and professional written and verbal communication Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Strong problem-solving skills for customer complaints and issues Comfortable working in a seated office environment for extended periods
