Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage and process warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution. Your expertise will help maintain high customer satisfaction levels while adhering to industry regulations and company policies. Duties Review, process, and track warranty claims using specialized insurance claims management software. Interpret warranty policies, insurance regulations, and legal requirements to ensure proper claim adjudication. Handle insurance claims related to product warranties, including medical claims processing and workers' compensation claims. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, insurance carriers, and internal teams to resolve claim issues promptly. Verify insurance coverage, medical documentation, and medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) for accuracy and completeness. Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims, correspondence, and supporting documentation through organized filing systems. Negotiate claim settlements when necessary, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as workers' compensation law. Collaborate with medical billing teams and utilize data entry skills to ensure accurate processing of health insurance claims. Skills Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policies, workers' compensation law, health insurance regulations, and insurance regulation compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with insurance claims management software. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), DRG classifications, CPT coding, HCPCS codes, and medical billing procedures. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. Effective communication skills for handling claims negotiation and customer service interactions. Experience in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling insurance verification processes. Knowledge of regulatory compliance in claims processing and familiarity with insurance litigation procedures related to disputed claims.
