Law Firm Accident Investigator Gastonia, North Carolina Jones Networking is recruiting a Law Firm Accident Investigator for a growing Personal Injury law firm in Gastonia, NC. This highly client-facing position requires meeting with prospective and current clients throughout the beginning and conclusion of their cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of auto accidents, insurance claims and coverages, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with clients during stressful situations. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. This mobile, client-facing role requires travel to clients' homes, places of business, medical providers' offices, and the firm's offices in and around Gastonia, NC. Position Summary for the

Law Firm Accident Investigator:

• Meet with prospective clients to conduct initial consultations and gather detailed information about their accident and injuries.
• Evaluate potential cases and gather information needed to determine case viability and next steps.
• Explain the firm's services and assist clients with completing engagement agreements and required documentation.
• Serve as a professional, compassionate point of contact for clients throughout the intake and settlement process.
• Travel to clients' homes, businesses, medical offices, and firm locations as needed.
• Investigate automobile accidents and collect relevant evidence, documentation, photographs, and other case information.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and other involved parties as appropriate.
• Assist with settlement meetings and obtain necessary signatures and documentation.
• Accurately document client and case information using firm technology and case management systems.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the firm positively in the community.

Qualifications Summary for the

Law Firm Accident Investigator:

• 2+ years of experience in investigations, Personal Injury, insurance claims, or a related legal environment.
• Strong understanding of automobile accidents, insurance claims, and applicable coverages.
• Experience with traffic collision or accident investigation preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable meeting with clients face-to-face in a variety of settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with individuals who may be experiencing difficult circumstances.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a mobile, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and technology, including entering and maintaining case information.
• Prior law enforcement or military experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
