Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of environmental compliance programs, with primary emphasis on Title V air permitting, emissions reporting, and regulatory recordkeeping. Oversee and maintain
CEMS/DAHS
systems, ensuring accurate data collection, calibration, and timely submission of compliance reports. Manage air, water, and waste permitting programs, including renewals, modifications, and adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations. Conduct environmental audits, inspections, and internal reviews to verify compliance and identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare and submit Title V deviation reports, semiannual monitoring summaries, and annual compliance certifications. Develop and deliver training programs for employees and contractors on environmental and safety compliance requirements. Partner with plant operations and maintenance teams to integrate environmental best practices into daily activities and outage planning. Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies during inspections, reporting cycles, and permitting processes. #ENG1
