Full Job Description Description:

A new pharmaceutical logistics company delivering oncology medicines to patients in low and middle income countries is building its Florida operation. We are applying for a Florida DBPR Prescription Drug Wholesale Distributor (Broker Only) permit and are hiring a full time Operations and Compliance Manager who will serve as our Certified Designated Representative. This is a full time employed position based in the Miami area. What you'll do: Serve as the company's Certified Designated Representative with DBPR Write and maintain SOPs (receiving, storage, recalls, suspect product under DSCSA) Oversee our 3PL partner in Miami and run qualification audits Handle export documentation and quality records Prepare for and host DBPR inspections

Requirements:

Active Florida CDR certification, or at least 2 years of qualifying experience and willingness to pass the Florida exam Managerial experience at a pharmaceutical wholesaler, distributor or 3PL Working knowledge of DSCSA and cold chain handling Based in the Miami area (Doral, Medley or nearby) In your proposal, please include: Your Florida CDR certification number, or your path to certification A short summary of your distribution and compliance experience Your availability and expected annual compensation
