Job Description

Ethics and Compliance Program Operations Specialist
  • 30 hours per week.
  • Provides operational and administrative execution support for the Ethics & Compliance function, enabling programs to run on time, consistently, and with appropriate documentation and reporting. Key Responsibilities
  • Program execution support Track workplans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple ethics initiatives Ensure deadlines, follow-ups, and dependencies are managed
  • Reporting and data coordination Collect and compile data for dashboards, metrics, and monthly/quarterly reports Maintain accuracy of training, hotline, COI, survey, and engagement data
  • Communications and logistics Draft and coordinate employee and manager communications Support launches, reminders, and close-outs for surveys, training, and disclosures Coordinate with HR, Communications, LMS administrators, and site leaders
  • Documentation and audit readiness Maintain SharePoint sites, documentation repositories, and program records Support audit and compliance readiness through organized recordkeeping
  • Event and program support Assist with Ethics & Compliance Week, Ethical Culture Survey, recognition programs, and site visits Track participation, engagement, and follow-up actions Program and Project Responsibilities By Initiative 1. Ethics & Compliance Dashboards & Reports
  • Collect data inputs from defined sources (training, hotline, COI, survey, site visits)
  • Maintain dashboard data refresh cadence
  • Draft monthly/quarterly reports
  • Validate data accuracy and flag anomalies 2. 2026 Ethical Culture Survey
  • Assist managing survey timeline and checklist
  • Coordinate vendor/internal survey logistics (posters, stickers, etc)
  • Draft communications (launch, reminders, close-out) and follow-up with corporate communications.
  • Track participation rates by site/function and follow up with leaders and P&C
  • Assist with location report building and distribution 3. Ethics & Compliance Week
  • Assist with event calendar and theme execution
  • Draft internal communications and reminders
  • Assist with Coordination of materials
  • Track participation and engagement metrics
  • Organize post-event recap and materials archive 4. 2026 Conflicts of Interest Disclosure (New Risk Group)
  • Draft employee and manager communications
  • Prepare follow-up lists for non-responders
  • Draft reports 5. 2026 New Code of Conduct
  • Draft communications and promotional logistics 6. 2026 Code of Conduct Training & Anticorruption Training
  • Coordinate with LMS/admin team
  • Track launch, completion, and reminders
  • Monitor completion metrics by population
  • Draft metrics and reports
  • Assist team members and P&C with questions
  • Assist with testing 7. Ethical Moments Program
  • Assist with tool kit drafting
  • Coordinate with LMS Team
  • Track adoption and manager feedback
  • Compile engagement metrics and themes

Pay:
$30.00 - $36.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
