Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist/Assistant Regional Manager to join our team. The Assistant Regional Property Manager will be responsible for assisting the Regional Manager. This individual will be in charge of compliance needs regarding HUD and Fair Housing Regulations. Responsibilities Process HUDARs in timely fashion. Process HUD IRs in timely fashion. Process HUD MIs/ICs as soon as possible to be financially advantageous to property. Process Gross Rent Changes. Process Monthly HAP requests timely and work with CA on any corrections needed. Implement HUD Repayment Agreements. Submit tenant files to TRACS. Run monthly EIV reports for Master File, 90-Day post move-in reports, and Existing Tenant Search. Ensure monthly AR Reminder notices are distributed to residents. Assist Regional Manager in preparation for MORs. Assist Regional Manager with resident issues. Assist with training of property managers. Other duties as assigned. Experience High school diploma required; two-year degree preferred. Demonstrated supervisory experience. Must have at the time of hire, and maintain throughout employment, a valid driver's license free of major infractions At least two years working in rental housing operations. Extensive office and computer skills. Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) preferred, but not required. Fair Housing certification required prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
