• Quality Systems What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of regulatory compliance frameworks and quality management systems Conducting risk assessments and supporting compliance audits to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions Researching and interpreting evolving regulatory requirements applicable to the organization's products, services and operations Preparing regulatory submissions, documentation and correspondence with regulatory agencies where applicable Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance integration into product development, operations and business processes Monitoring regulatory changes and communicating impacts to stakeholders Supporting the development of standard operating procedures and policies to maintain compliance standards Assisting with internal and external audit preparation and management What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: Must-have 5-10 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, quality assurance or related risk management Strong knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to your industry Working familiarity with quality management systems, audit processes and risk assessment methodologies Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) certification or equivalent regulatory/compliance credential Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting or related field Proficiency with QARA and related compliance and quality documentation platforms Authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-have Additional regulatory, quality or compliance certifications Experience with FDA, ISO or industry-specific regulatory regimes Cross-functional project experience spanning engineering, operations and quality functions Experience leading process improvement or compliance remediation initiatives What roles of this type could offer Most roles of this type offer the following, dependent on the industry and seniority of the role: Opportunity to develop deeper expertise in regulatory frameworks, compliance strategy and risk management Scope to contribute to meaningful compliance and quality initiatives that support organizational success and stakeholder protection Potential progression toward senior compliance leadership roles, where supported by the role facts and organizational needs Professional development, mentorship and structured progression Competitive benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, 401(k) matching, flexible work arrangements and additional wellness benefits, where supplied by the employer About Specialist Staffing Group Specialist Staffing Group connects talented professionals with opportunities that match their expertise and career goals.
