$140,000-$170,000 Base, DOE We're partnering with a growing organization to recruit an Environmental Compliance Manager . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced environmental professional to take ownership of compliance programs, work closely with operations and engineering teams, and act as the key point of contact with regulatory agencies. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage environmental compliance programs and policies. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations. Manage environmental permits, renewals, and regulatory reporting. Conduct environmental audits, inspections, and compliance assessments. Identify compliance risks and implement corrective action plans. Provide environmental guidance to operations, engineering, and project teams. Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and inspectors. Prepare regulatory reports and environmental documentation. Support incident investigations and regulatory notifications. Deliver environmental compliance training and promote best practices. Monitor compliance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Our Client Is Looking For Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in environmental compliance, permitting, or regulatory management. Strong knowledge of environmental regulations covering air, water, wastewater, stormwater, and waste management. Experience conducting environmental audits, inspections, and compliance assessments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments. Preferred Qualifications CHMM, CEP, CPESC, or similar professional certification. PE license (or working toward licensure). OSHA environmental or safety certifications. Experience within engineering, utilities, water/wastewater, industrial, construction, or infrastructure environments. What's on Offer Base salary of $140,000-$170,000 DOE.
