Position Summary Information Position Summary The Manager of Partnerships and Pre-Professional Compliance is a managerial role responsible for coordinating the development and execution of affiliation agreements and related documents between the colleges and external partners as it relates to internships and required pre-professional experiences.
Position incumbent will track and maintain records of all contracts, coordinate re-negotiations, provide operational support, and ensure processes within all of the colleges align with institutional policies and procedures related to academic agreements, and programmatic and institutional accreditation. Incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with all state authorization requirements. This position reports to the Dean of the College of Health Professions for daily supervision and logistical support, and to the Executive Director of Academic Effectiveness and Compliance for university-level coordination, regulatory oversight, and strategic direction. Responsibilities could include but are not limited to:
Supervise staff members responsible for maintaining clinical placement operation efforts in the College of Health Professions.
Support the Office of Academic Effectiveness and Compliance.
Oversee workflow for clinical affiliation agreements for internships, fieldwork, and clinical rotations. Ensure alignment with all institutional standards and requirements.
Coordinate the timely setup, execution, and maintenance of affiliation agreements for all clinical sites. Act as a liaison during the negotiation and review of contracts and agreements.
Maintain databases, repositories, and software systems used to track site affiliations. Monitor and track the full contract lifecycle, including initial setup, renewals, and amendments. Support data integrity, compliance, and reporting functions to meet accreditation standards, state authorization, and programmatic requirements.
Serves as the primary point of contact for all affiliation agreement-related inquiries and ensures accurate and timely communication with the relevant University departments and stakeholders.
Ensure that SRU and its programs comply with all SARA requirements.

Well-organized with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Experience with Microsoft and Adobe
A successful interview and passing a criminal background check required. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an academic setting
Demonstrated familiarity with basic contract language, terms, and clauses
Ability to work independently under pressure
Ability to handle detail-oriented assignments with accuracy and consistency
Experience with database management
Supervisory/management experience (of people or processes)
