2958762500-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Sky Chefs is seeking a Compliance Sr. Manager to lead regulatory, food safety, and operational compliance across our global inflight catering operations. In this role, you will design and oversee compliance programs, policies, and audits to meet aviation, food safety, OSHA, and customer requirements. You will conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions while reporting key metrics to leadership. Partnering closely with operations, quality, and safety teams, you will deliver training, support inspections, and champion our safety-first, service-oriented culture in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead compliance programs across airline catering operations, ensuring adherence to aviation, food safety, OSHA, and regulatory requirements Develop, implement, and update compliance policies, SOPs, and internal controls for kitchen and logistics activities Plan and execute compliance audits, inspections, and risk assessments across multiple facilities Investigate non compliance incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions Deliver compliance training and coaching to managers and frontline teams to promote a safety-first culture Monitor regulatory changes and industry standards; advise leadership on impact and mitigation plans Prepare compliance reports and metrics for senior leadership and external stakeholders Partner with operations, quality, HR, and safety teams to embed compliance into daily processes Oversee vendor and subcontractor compliance related to food safety, security, and service delivery Support customer and regulatory inspections, providing documentation and follow-up responses Required Skills Regulatory compliance (food safety, aviation, OSHA) HACCP and food safety management systems Internal auditing and risk assessment Policy and SOP development Root cause analysis and CAPA management Data analysis and compliance reporting Training design and delivery Project and program management Stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration Document control and recordkeeping systems
