Full Time Provo, Utah Full Time Director of Regulatory Compliance & State Expansion $60-75k Monday - Friday Help Build a National Dental Education Company! Indigo Institute is an exciting, fast-growing dental assisting education startup with ambitious plans to expand nationwide. We're looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and motivated professional to lead our regulatory compliance and state expansion efforts. You'll take ownership of ensuring Indigo operates legally in our current markets while helping us navigate the regulatory requirements necessary to expand into new states. Who We're Looking For A confident, independent self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems. Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, persistent, and resourceful. Experience in regulatory compliance, licensing, government affairs, or higher education administration. Comfortable interpreting regulations and communicating with government agencies. Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about using AI to improve efficiency. Experience with vocational schools, postsecondary education regulations, or healthcare licensing is highly preferred. Responsibilities State Compliance:

Research and monitor dental board and postsecondary education regulations across multiple states.

State Expansion:

Identify licensing, registration, exemption, and approval requirements for new markets.

Regulatory Approvals:

Manage applications, renewals, documentation, and communication with state agencies.

Compliance Systems:

Develop and maintain organized systems to track approvals, deadlines, and regulatory changes.

AI & Technology:

Leverage AI and automation to streamline regulatory research, tracking, and compliance workflows.
