Roebbelen is looking for a Labor Compliance Specialist to support our California public works projects. This role is ideal for someone who already understands certified payroll, prevailing wage, LCPtracker, DIR requirements, and apprenticeship compliance and is ready to bring that experience to a collaborative construction team. You'll focus on reviewing and validating payroll and labor compliance documentation, helping ensure our projects and trade partners meet state, federal, and contractual requirements. What You'll Do Review and maintain certified payroll reports for public works projects Monitor prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance Manage project and employee information within LCPtracker or similar compliance software Review wage determinations, classifications, fringe benefit information, and supporting documentation Monitor apprentice utilization and required trust and training fund contributions Verify trade partner submissions and DIR compliance Prepare and submit DAS 140 and DAS 142 forms Support labor compliance audits and investigations Partner with project teams and trade partners to resolve compliance issues Coordinate with agencies including DIR, DLSE, and DAS Prepare required compliance reports Provide limited support with insurance compliance as needed What We're Looking For 1+ years of California public works labor compliance experience Experience reviewing or auditing certified payroll Knowledge of California prevailing wage requirements Experience with LCPtracker or similar compliance software Familiarity with DIR requirements Understanding of California public works labor compliance and Davis-Bacon regulations Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies Clear communication and strong relationship-building skills You May Be a Great Fit If You're Currently a...
