This role supports administrative services related to special districts, including the long-term collection and administration of special taxes, assessments, fees, and charges for local government clients. The Analyst Assistant will work closely with project managers, clients, and internal team members to analyze data, manage financial information, support compliance activities, and produce accurate deliverables. This is a strong opportunity for someone with administrative support, finance, accounting, public administration, or data analysis experience who enjoys detailed work, problem-solving, and contributing to meaningful public sector projects. The ideal candidate is analytical, resourceful, self-motivated, and comfortable asking thoughtful questions while retaining and applying new information. This role offers a collaborative team environment, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to build long-term career experience in government administration, financial analysis, and special district support. Key Responsibilities Serve as a key point of contact for clients by providing timely, accurate data and support related to special district administration. Manage and analyze financial, tax, assessment, fee, and district-related data using spreadsheets, databases, and other information tools. Support compliance with federal, state, and local regulations by reviewing applicable codes, legal documents, maps, and financial records. Analyze large and complex data sets, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations or alerts when data variances occur. Partner with project managers and team members to complete client requests, special projects, reporting, and quality control reviews. Prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
Compensation and Benefits Pay rate:
$28.00 per hour.
