The candidate will provide administrative assistance in conjunction with the duties of Compliance Coordinator I and will be the main contact for homeowner questions, application assistance and resales. Light office duties and use of small office equipment will be required from time to time. Weekend availability is a plus. Duties and Responsibilities Assist in managing and facilitating modifications and compliance processes (inspections, notices, fines, appeals) Assist in managing and facilitating modifications process while using FSR Connect Assist with general admin needs of Compliance Coordinator I General Modification Application assistance Walk-in hours to assist homeowners Update resale inspection photos into Northstar POA Review and respond to Talk to Staff forms Modifications Committee Meeting preparation Confirm application completion, follow-up with homeowner Scan applications for meeting and storage Enter all projects into software Share meeting results with homeowner via email and hard copy Covenants Compliance Committee Meeting preparation Communicate compliance process to homeowner Prep and schedule hearing between homeowner and committee Promptly complete and mail letters to share hearing results with homeowner Board of Directors Meetings Prepare appeals from both committees, place on Board agenda and communicate process to homeowner Promptly complete letters to homeowners after Board meeting Neighborhood Advisory Council (NAC) Prepare neighborhood election packages and process election returns Provide election updates for Lifestyles magazine and Northstar Prepare neighborhood rep training packet Assist NAC with collection and assembly of welcome packets
What We Offer:
As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and vision. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
Compensation:
$20-22 per hour
