Regulatory & Product Testing Specialist Location:

Product Development / Operations Role Summary We are looking for someone organized and detail-focused to manage product testing, compliance, and regulatory paperwork for our products. This person will help make sure our products meet our established U.S. and international requirements, stay compliant with retailer standards, and are ready to launch on time. This role is important for protecting our brands, supporting customers and retail partners, and helping products get to market smoothly. Main ResponsibilitiesProduct Testing Manage testing for all products from start to finish based on the product and where it will be sold Work with outside labs to schedule testing, send samples, and track results Review test reports to make sure products meet required standards Keep testing on schedule to support product launches Compliance Make sure products meet all the required testing and documentation protocols including U.S., international, and retailer standards Stay up to date on changes in regulations that affect our products Help internal teams understand compliance requirements and possible risks Documentation Keep all compliance records organized in one central system Maintain test reports, certificates, material information, and safety documents Make sure documents are easy to find and ready for audits or retailer requests Create clear internal processes for testing and compliance work Team Support Work with Product Development to help ensure products and materials are compliant Work with Marketing to make sure product claims and wording are safe and supported Work with Operations and Supply Chain to keep testing aligned with production timing Help with retailer compliance submissions and onboarding needs Claims Review Review product claims to make sure they are accurate and supported Confirm packaging and marketing language is legally safe Identify risky claims and suggest safer alternatives QualificationsRequired Experience in regulatory, compliance, or product testing in consumer products Strong understanding of product safety and testing requirements Experience working with third-party testing labs Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Preferred Knowledge Experience supporting large retailers product compliance requirements Familiarity with product claims and marketing compliance Key Skills Organized and process-focused Good communicator across teams Careful and accurate Able to move quickly without sacrificing compliance Success in This Role Looks Like Testing completed on time for product launches Clear, organized documentation filing Fewer testing delays and smoother launches Why This Role Matters This role helps us grow our product line the right way.
