Compliance Coordinator (Part Time or Full Time option)

Job Description

Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and independent individual to serve as the Compliance Coordinator in a fast-growing health care group in dermatology. This position offers the opportunity to actively participate in shaping and executing key company policies to enable growth. This position would report to the Director of Compliance. Furthermore, this position would work closely with other departments, including Human Resources and Clinical teams. This is a part time position (20-24 hours/week); there is a possibility of becoming a full-time position if the candidate is interested in also assisting the HR department with recruitment. Candidates are able to work remotely but must live in MA, NH, RI, CT or NY, and must be willing to travel to corporate headquarters in Acton, MA on an occasional basis. Responsibilities Provide general tactical and administrative support to the Compliance Department such as performing exclusion verification, tracking compliance projects to ensure timely follow up and developing dashboards. Perform research for compliance-related topics in the company. Coordinate the company's policies and procedures (P&P) management process including updating and disseminating P&Ps to APDerm employees. Conduct monitoring activities relating to compliance initiatives. Support management of compliance vendors and data/reporting. Assist in tracking CLIA and workplace safety program activities. Participate in other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field - Preferred Qualifications At least two year of experience working in healthcare setting. Proficiency with (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Web-based applications, email, SharePoint, Teams) Exhibit a high energy level, and demonstrate the ability to work as a valuable contributor to the team, with flexibility in work habits Reliability in meeting deadlines to meet the needs of the departments and company Ability to multi-task and manage several ongoing projects Demonstrate a professional and adaptable demeanor amongst other APDerm employees, including administrators, physicians, peers, and other support staff Strong analytic, problem solving, and project management abilities Must be a highly motivated candidate with the ability to work independently and in a highly fluid environment The salary for this role will range from USD $26.91 to 36.52 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to years of experience, location, relevant skills, training, education, etc. Certain roles may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives.
