Job Description

Position Summary The Quality & Compliance Coordinator supports the agency's quality, compliance, human rights, and continuous improvement efforts. Working under the Senior Director of Quality and Compliance, this position tracks quality data and deadlines, supports audits and committees, prepares reports, maintains records, and follows up with employees and provider agencies. Key Responsibilities Track and report quality and compliance data, including incidents, medication errors, complaints, behavior plans, waivers, and other required information. Maintain accurate, confidential records and tracking systems. Identify missing or overdue documentation and follow up as needed. Support audits, corrective actions, provider certifications, and compliance reporting. Monitor compliance with BDS, DAADS, He-M, Medicaid waiver, and agency requirements. Support Quality Assurance, Human Rights, Behavioral Review, and other committees. Track behavior plans, medication reporting, waivers, and employee/provider training requirements. Support quality improvement initiatives, including HRST, NCI, self-advocacy, and person-centered quality activities. Prepare reports, meeting materials, and other documentation for leadership. Provide guidance to employees and provider agencies regarding forms, deadlines, and compliance processes. Support quality and compliance training and other assigned projects. Escalate significant compliance concerns, trends, or missed deadlines to the Senior Director. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate degree in human services, business, health care administration, quality, or a related field required; bachelor's preferred. Relevant experience may substitute. Three or more years of related experience preferred. Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and follow-through skills. Ability to manage confidential information and multiple deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with quality, compliance, auditing, data tracking, or human services preferred. Knowledge of New Hampshire developmental services, BDS, DAADS, He-M, or Medicaid waiver requirements is a plus. Other Requirements Valid driver's license, required insurance, and access to a vehicle for work-related travel. Flexible schedule as needed.
