We're a food import company sourcing from about 200 suppliers across France, and we're looking for an organized, detail-loving recent grad to help manage our supplier documentation and relationships, working directly with the business owner. No industry experience needed, just strong organizational skills, sharp writing, and a knack for staying on top of a lot of moving pieces. Bonus points if you speak French. What you'll do: Reach out to our French suppliers by email and phone to request key documents Track requests across ~200 suppliers and follow up until everything's in Keep a clean, organized digital filing system so nothing gets lost Review documents for completeness and flag anything missing Draft clear, professional emails to suppliers (English; French a plus) Maintain a master tracking log of supplier document status Work closely with the business owner on supplier relationships and light food safety compliance support (FSVP) What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree (new grads welcome!)
