Overview:

This position is a full time, in office position located in the Middletown/Hamilton Ohio area. The primary responsibilities will include tenant qualification paperwork completion and review, meeting with current and prospective residents as needed for documentation completion, annual recertification completion and other compliance-related duties as assigned. This position reports directly to the Director of Compliance.

What you will do:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide tenant qualification review and approval prior to move-in for all new tenants. Processing and approval of recertifications upon lease renewal. Assist in preparing for file audits and physical inspections for state agencies and investors as needed. Generate monthly recertification/renewal reports. Other job duties as assigned. Skills and Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills Capable of training and explaining concepts effectively to others Competency in OneSite preferred Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Education and Experience:

Minimum of two years of experience in Affordable Housing required One or more of the following certifications preferred:

TCS, HCCP

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
