EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) Specialist

Job Description

Job Summary:
Work as a Compliance Coordinator (EVV Specialist) for Avondale Care Group of Pennsylvania to monitor and review caregiver visits through our Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system via Alayacare, our Online Compliance Platform (OCP). Your efforts directly support regulatory compliance, accurate billing, exceptional client care, and strong customer relationships. You will identify compliance trends, create actionable solutions, and be a key driver of operational success. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Work experience in a call center or phone-call-based customer service, mandatory. Previous experience with compliance systems, scheduling, or healthcare administration preferred. Medicaid, Waiver, and Home Healthcare experience preferred. Must maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
 The person in this position must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Continually monitor scheduled visits using OCP dashboards to ensure compliance standards are met. Identify and flag visits that do not meet compliance standards, including vacant, missed, late, or non-compliant visits. Create detailed tasks for flagged visits and communicate them to onshore teams. Deliver clear, insightful reports that highlight patterns and keep the team ahead of compliance trends. Stay updated on payer and state-specific compliance requirements to ensure continuous compliance. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and prioritize a positive experience for clients and caregivers. Effectively manage interactions with clients and caregivers, even in challenging situations. Document and address discrepancies and non-compliance in a timely manner. Use dashboards, generate reports, and accurately record data. Track trends, propose solutions, and prioritize compliance across all assigned accounts. Provide empathetic and patient support for older clients. Attend staff meetings, case conferences, team meetings, and educational in-services as required. Perform additional duties as assigned. #
ACGP Pay:
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
