Job Description
Underwrite complex commercial loan transactions, including commercial real estate, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits. Analyze financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and borrowing base reports; support lending officers with transaction structuring; monitor covenant compliance and loan maturities; and participate in loan committee meetings. Responsibilities Underwrite complex commercial loan transactions across real estate, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits. Analyze financial statements, cash flow, debt service, projections, trends, and collateral. Review borrowing base certificates and accounts receivable and inventory reports. Track financial statement, borrowing base, and covenant compliance follow-up items. Support lending officers in structuring and analyzing transactions and monitor loan maturities and pipeline deadlines. Participate in loan committee meetings and assist with coaching junior credit associates.
