A community bank in Avon is hiring a Credit Analyst to support its lending team across Eagle County and the central mountains. You'll partner closely with loan officers, and the role offers a clear path into lending or credit leadership.

Responsibilities:

Analyze financial statements and cash flow on new loans and renewals Assign and update risk ratings on commercial credits Prepare clear credit analyses for lenders and committee review Assist with month-end, call report, and regulatory reporting Track loan covenants, exceptions, and lending policy compliance Help newer staff learn the credit process

Qualifications:

College degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics 1+ years of bank credit analysis experience preferred Strong Excel and financial modeling skills Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork with lenders Accurate, curious, and eager to grow into lending Competitive salary and bonus.
