Job Qualifications and Requirements:

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.\nKnowledge of agriculture, finances, credit and credit administration. Strong marketing and interpersonal skills are required, as are verbal and written communications and analytical skills. Must be team oriented. The position requires the ability to travel as needed.\nWe offer hybrid work options after two months of employment with Farm Credit East. Hybrid work options are determined based on job role and balancing the needs of the customers, the team, and individual work performance. This will be reviewed based on manager discretion.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: $65,000 - $130,000 commensurate with experience\nShort Term Incentive to reward business results\n
