This isn't a position where you'll simply walk into an established branch and maintain the status quo. You'll help shape a new location, build member relationships, grow the branch, and become a familiar face in the Irving community. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As Branch Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the Irving branch and also work part-time at our main office in Fredonia.

You'll:

Lead the opening and daily operations of our new Irving branch Provide exceptional, personal service to members Build relationships and grow loans, deposits, and membership Oversee lending, deposits, cash operations, security, and branch controls Coach and lead employees while fostering a positive team environment Help members find financial solutions that fit their needs Resolve member concerns with professionalism and care Ensure compliance with federal and New York State regulations and Credit Union policies

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS

An experienced banking or credit union professional with 3+ years of experience, including leadership responsibilities Knowledgeable about consumer lending, deposits, and branch operations A confident leader who can make decisions and solve problems Comfortable balancing member service, business development, and operational responsibilities Organized, dependable, and able to work independently Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people A strong communicator who can build relationships with members, employees, and community partners A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. Credit union and consumer loan underwriting experience are a plus.

YOUR WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time, in-person position with regular travel between our Irving and Fredonia locations.

Our regular operating hours are:

Monday:

9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Tuesday & Wednesday:

9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Thursday:

8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Friday:

9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. No evenings. No weekends.
