Job Description

Manage all facets of an age restricted residential apartment community (independent senior living). Collect rent and other property fees from tenants. Maintain lease files in compliance with local and state regulations. Recertify tenants annually for the Low Income Tax Credit program. Pay property expenses, including vendors, taxes, insurance premiums and maintenance costs. Report the property's financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to regional manager. Meet, tour, and process potential tenants in accordance with anti-discrimination laws. Market vacant units. Inspect units and arrange for repairs and new materials as required. Manage contracts with maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, and other property services. Investigate and resolve property complaints and lease violations.

Pay:

From $50,000.00 per year
