Work with borrowers to cure default Explore all pertinent workout options from reinstatement through liquidation Monitor delinquency and ensure required notices are sent Refer and track progress of the loan through foreclosure process Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Education and/or

Work Experience Requirements:

Extensive and current knowledge and experience in Loss Mitigation Extensive and current knowledge and experience in both agency and private investor default guidelines Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Strong understanding of bankruptcy law and processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in using collection software and databases including Pacer. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collection management software. Empathy and patience in dealing with distressed individuals. Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred

$26.00 - $29.00 per hour
