Client:

JPMC/$25-28/hr W2 JD Manage end-to-end administration of syndicated bank loans, ensuring accurate processing throughout the funding and servicing lifecycle.

• Handle key loan lifecycle activities, including drawdowns, paydowns, interest rate resets, PIK (Payment-in-Kind) calculations, delayed compensation accruals, and trade settlement processing.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with investment managers, agent banks, and other stakeholders to deliver timely issue resolution and high-quality client support.
• Prepare, maintain, and enhance client-specific operational procedures and process documentation.
• Perform daily operational checks to ensure process accuracy, identify exceptions, and communicate procedural updates or training requirements to the team.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies across all assigned activities.
• Monitor workload and deliverables to ensure all tasks are completed within agreed service levels and supported with appropriate documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, improve workflows, and contribute to overall process efficiency and service excellence.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying operational risks, recommending enhancements, and promoting best practices within the team.
