Mid America Bank is hiring a Senior Loan Servicing Specialist for our Loan Administration team in Wardsville. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced loan servicing professional who wants to remain involved in advanced technical work while also developing others, influencing positive change, and preparing for broader leadership responsibilities. You will serve as a resource for complex servicing matters, coach and train team members, help coordinate departmental workflow, support audits and reviews, and partner with management on process improvements and department initiatives.
