The position is full-time, 40 hours per week. After training, start times vary with a ½ day Saturday rotation, once a month. During the initial training, hours are from 8am - 5pm and onsite at our Springfield, OR office . What will you do as a Call Center Credit Representative? Use state-of-the-art technology and communicate with Consumers via phone, live chat, email and text. We will train you to take inbound and outbound calls with utmost professionalism and courtesy. Navigate cutting edge Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Learn negotiation and sales techniques applicable to all industries Negotiate payment agreements, resolve customer concerns and help consumers get out of debt.
