Key Responsibilities:

Posting payments Fuel Assistance Setting up new accounts Backup for outbound collection calls Answering a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, and email Resolving customer concerns efficiently and professionally Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, even in high-demand situations

What We're Looking For:

3 + years of collection experience is a requirement Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Positive, can-do attitude with a customer-first mindset Ability to handle high volumes of calls and challenging situations with patience and professionalism Excellent attendance Computer saavy Industry experience is a plus Available to work on Saturdays 8 AM- 12 PM during the heating season (Rotating schedule, November- March/ April)
