Description The Loan Operations Servicing Specialist (Hotline) performs a variety of clerical duties in conjunction with loan servicing that may include scanning and filing documents, loan boarding, processing payoffs, perfecting lien documents, and calculations and disbursements of escrow accounts.
Other responsibilities include:
Processes payment, posting and conducts research
Pay-off quote processing
Handles Credit Bureau disputes
Prepares various reports
Handles investor loan reporting and billing
Handles general loan servicing duties
Handles bankruptcy issues
Provides a high level of customer service for internal and external customers
Reports issues to bank personnel; sends notifications; reports progress, quotas, collection items and updates lists
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
General knowledge of various loan documentation, banking, bankruptcy or insurance servicing
Skills:
Requires ability to handles complex and difficult customer problems; develop customer relationships; apply bank's policies and procedures and other guidelines
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word; basic keyboarding and calculator skills; must be able to do simple math and carry out written instructions
Work occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the position
Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30 lbs. ANBTX strongly encourages candidates that are fluent in English and Spanish to apply.
