Export Documentation Clerk Salary:
$24-26 per hour + full benefits package

Export Documentation Clerk:
Prepare and process export documentation in compliance with country-specific requirements and regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve documentation discrepancies and shipping-related issues. Maintain organized documentation files and electronic records. Track incoming wire payments and communicate payment information to internal departments. Manage receivables by monitoring shipments, recording delivery milestones, and communicating with customers and agents. Support special projects and provide reception desk coverage when needed. Export Documentation Clerk:
Minimum one year of experience in invoicing, documentation, or international shipping. Experience with Letters of Credit and Shipping Instructions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of export documentation processes and international shipping procedures. Familiarity with ports, shipping destinations, and global logistics.
