Job Description

Working Time :
Monday to Friday 8:30am- 5:30 pm Temp to hire. Coordinate international ocean shipments from origin to destination Track and trace containers and update shipment status Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and trucking companies Prepare import documents (e.g., arrival notices, delivery orders) Ensure customs compliance and assist with ISF filings Work closely with customers and provide shipment updates Handle any shipment issues or delays professionally Qualifications and Skills 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding Proficient in MS Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint ) Exceptional customer service & problem-solving skills Self-motivation, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and accept new challenges Working in the office within varying team environments is a must Good communication skills (writing in English) Good math skills AA degree/ Bachelor's degree is required
